Welcome to the Lady Techsters 2013 Summer Conditioning Program. Under this tab you will find subcategories that will lead you around to the different elements of the program. The ball work, upper body workouts, lower body workouts, and the running programs will all be explained under the VIDEO tab so that there will be no ambiguity to what we are asking of you. I would suggest that you print out all the materials that are printable and make a little workbook out of it.
It is imperative that you are all working through this during the summer so that when you come back for preseason your mind and body will be ready to compete. We are moving to a much more challenging conference this year and we need to be ready to meet that challenge. If you have any questions on any of the workouts please feel free to email me or call me. You should all have my email and phone number by now.
As you go through the workouts think about this old spanish proverb: “An oak is not felled at one blow.” You will not simply be fit from the get go, but it will take a conscious effort on your part to get out to the field/gym and put the work in, and slowly but surely you will achieve fitness.
