Here is a few different examples of fast feet. I will have a more complete workout ready for next weekend with more precise instructions. For tomorrow what I want you to do is to have a look through some of the videos and pick around 8-10 different exercises for you to perform on your own. Build your own speed workout. Be sure to throw in some 8-10 yard sprints as you exit the ladder. There is one exercise in this first video that is really fun and I will be learning it myself over the next few days. Enjoy, and have some fun with this! Also if you do not own a ladder, you can make a ladder out of tape on a sidewalk, get cones, sticks, string, etc,.
