Warm up:

2-3 mins light jogging with some varied warm up movements (knees, heel flicks, open groin, etc.)

4x2ft ladder work with 10m sprint

4x1ft ladder work with 10m sprint

4x icky shuffle with 10m sprint

Perform dynamic stretches, then complete:

115 in 22

115 in 33

Rest 30

6x40m shuttles in 52 secs (there and back is 2, so you will complete 3 there and back shuttles)

Rest 1 min 15

Repeat x 5
