So important to have good hip mobility in sprinting. Read the following articles if you have any doubt. When I watch most of you try to squat it is clearly evident that you have extremely tight hips. Not being able to hold your chest up in the bottom of a squat is evidence of this. Also, when we are doing A-skips and B-skips you ability to drive your knees high is definitely impaired.
